Print and Complete your Guest Card.
It is essential that you give the Apartment Complex this Guest Card and that they writes on your application that you found your apartment using Apartments Incorporated.
If you forget to give the Apartment Complex the Guest Card we will not be entitled to a referral fee and we will not be able to send you your Gift Card.
Let us know you signed a lease.
After you have signed your lease you need to contact us to let us know so we can send you your $200 Gift Card. To do this go back to the MapQquest Map and find the property you moved into. Once there you will see on the bottom right corner something that reads like this, "Sign your Guest Card". Click this link and complete the form. The Reward is a $200 VISA Gift Card that you can use anywhere VISA is accepted.

Once Apartments Incorporated has confirmed that you’ve signed your lease and your apartment complex pays Apartments Incorporated for our referral, we will send you your $100 VISA card. Please allow four to eight weeks to receive your VISA card.
